WarOnDriving: Campaign For Liberty Successfully Fighting Back Against Red Light Cameras


Campaign For Liberty, or C4L has been heavily involved in the fights to remove unconstitutional red light cameras and photo radar devices from this country’s streets and intersections.

It’s hard to argue with their results when you consider that after just a few years of pushing back, so-called “photo enforcement” of traffic violations has been banned in 15 states and been voted on by citizens 18 times, including last week in Albuquerque. All 18 times, cameras have been voted down.

    it really is too bad CF fell waaaayyyyy short of their signature drive,(…. 22 months to collect 153,000 votes….. 34,0000 short ( and who knows how many of those were invalid)…. to put this on the ballot… it would have been the first time voters stood up and said they wanted the cameras to stay….
