Say Hello to “Audio Enforcement”

…Just don’t say it too loudly, or with the wrong tone of voice: you might be subject to arrest.

In the never-ending quest for absolute control and monitoring of the general population by opportunistic government agencies and crony corporations, Raw Story presents a story from Europe which could only be called “audio enforcement.”

Dutch company Sound Intelligence installed microphones in train stations, government buildings, prisons, as well as “London, Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester” according to the article.

The technology supposedly operates by detecting “tone of voice” changes which may indicate a fight or other crime is about to take place. Just like the company’s cousins in the automated ticketing business, all privacy and civil liberty concerns are downplayed and ignored.

Photo enforcement and audio enforcement could go hand-in-hand. Redflex has a significant history in the area of audio technology: before primarily focusing on photo radar vans and “scameras,” the company specialized in secure communication links geared towards government and military applications.

In the United States, the technology may already be here in a different form. “Future Attribute Screening Technology,” a mobile checkpoint-in-a-van, is under development by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The system uses a combination of microphones and high-definition cameras, combined with government agents who may ask questions such as “are you planning on bringing a bomb in the stadium today?”

Of course, the Department of Homeland Security is headed by former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano, who spearheaded the beleaguered Redflex statewide photo enforcement program.

It’s becoming clearer with each passing day where the governments of supposedly free societies stand on civil liberties: with a jackboot on the throat of freedom.

But I have nothing to worry about since I never break the law!

Since this will make me more safe, I am all for it.

It won’t impede on my civil liberties.

I love Law. A. Bidingcitizen. He is my hero and my GOD!

      Entirely too amusing for words.

I would rather be safe honey.

you must be new here….. that line gets used twice a week…. did you really think you were the first one to use it here? with a bunch of tin hats? i think they use it when they recite their pledge of non allegiance!!! that and about 20 other lines they all think we have never heard before!!!!

  5. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

this is great news for CF…. only this time…. CF gets to be proactive instead of reactive… the cameras were already up and running before you sheeples ( everybody has to have been one at some point ) got the idea to fight them… now that your mission has been derailed…with no real chance to bring it back from the grave…. you could jump on this voice stuff before it is even put into use in the USA !! you call it voice fraud or something real catchy… you may want to start collecting signatures now…. for the 2014 elections… it is quite clear that this past failure has taken its toll with many members very upset with the administration…my guess is they will not be interested in helping out with the new cause…. as noble as it may be!! and you can forget calling on the 1600 plus members.. they are like a fart in the wind…in other words…they are gone and not coming back… were they really even there anyway?

ok you guys put your thinking caps on and let me know… i think its a great idea…. you can even take credit for it….

I love it when pro photo people give statistics from NHTA or ADOT or some agency and CF says the numbers are false.. Then CF quotes some statistics they claim is true, from the newspaper.com! That place is worse than the enquirer, or the onion.com. I’d hate to be behind a CF person in line at the grocery store reading one of those rags. Probably start freaking out about Gorilla aliens from mars…

    • SD Anderson says:

thenewspaper puts some research into their articles before they post them. They have sources, most of which are publically displayed elsewhere on the internet. By all means, feel free to disprove their articles, but keep your opinions separate from the cold hard facts.

CF has quoted stats from ADOT and DPS time and time again. They keep stressing the one fact that’s rarely mentioned by mainstream media: Arizona’s stats are consistent with the national stats therefore making it hard to prove that photo enforcement is making any difference at all.

    • I love it when you love things.

    • Butihave Nothingto Worryabout says:

Law is right!! All you cf people are losers!!!

Now that you lost, you will never have the momentum to fight again.

Police state and monitoring will be the new wave to keep me safe from all you cf losers. Remember, all who signed the petitions will now be on government watch lists. I know they will use those petitions against all who signed!!!

I love you Law. Please let’s meet and get together. We will have fun, I guarantee it.😉

SD Andersen….you need to wake up…. open your eyes… the same people you see responding to posts at meetup and on the other message boards were really the only people involved. and as has now been admitted by some, even some of them were not doing much. CF was used to get information about tickets they had received.. once they got their information….they were gone and never to return.

I am glad to see Andrea has the guts to hold those accountable for the failure…. but the facts are CF needed 250,000 plus votes ….. to cover those that would not be valid…… and even if they had another year they would not get this done….

    • Butihave Nothingto Worryabout says:

CF is dead. You and me Law should start a anti-cf group. We can get the petitions and make all cf members miserable. Oh, wait, we can do that here.

You and me Law should go to the next cf meeting and get some pictures of all the cf losers. Find out where they work and give the pics to their employers.

Should be enough to show them who the bosses are. Can’t wait to meet you, Law.

      Love ya.

      • Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

i have been to one of their meeting at the pizza joint… i was undercover… they all appeared to be very uptight and they spent a lot of time looking around… probably just part of the paranoia thats comes with hiding in their houses avoiding the process server….i think they are already miserable… this failure was a pretty big blow to many of them since they were kept in the dark and then lead to believe they were close to the number. the meeting on the 20th will be very telling with regards to where they go from here… i will be there… i am going to buy a tin hat so i will fit right in… they will never know!!!! as to their employers… i dont think they have jobs…

        • Was that before or after you threatened to shoot us?

          • Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

go ahead clown…. cut and paste it…. the “threat”!! i dare you… i know you wont cause i never threatened you… i will agree now as i did then the post was in bad taste… thats why i asked to have it removed…. and yet…. you did nothing!!!! you considered it a threat and you left it !!! had it been a real threat stacey would have actually called the cops like she always would threaten to do…. so go on back and find the thread and post mr.moderator…. i wont hold my breath….

        • Butihave Nothingto Worryabout says:

I look forward to going… I will be there with my camera taking pictures of everyone there. Look for them on the internet shortly after the meeting. I will post the link here then the hole world will be able to the what all the losers look like.

  10. Sure says:

Ooooh, you just gave me a good idea for a new website. We will call it the Zombie Identifier. I will go out to Redflex and ATS today and start taking photos of the walking dead. Kind of strange how those fat zombies like to smoke so much.

  11. Sure says:

How to identify the Australian Redflex zombie:

  12. oh my says:

So 1600+ CF members couldn’t defeat walking dead fat smoking zombies?

  13. Stacey says:

Duh, the zombies are being laid off as we speak. So, beware, they aren’t getting fed fresh brains at Redflex anymore.

    • Butihave Nothingto Worryabout says:

Actully, Stacey my dear, they are planning on ramping up their hiring and pushing for more enforcement in this state now that your precious little movement has failed.

All you cf people are on a list and will be the first ones to feel the wrath of the cameras and the government. Watch your steps now, sweetie.

  14. Stacey says:

Bwhahaha, not quite honey, I recentally talked to a Redflex employee who told me she was laid off as she signed the petition.

Ooooh, I am scared, I am on a government list. The wrath of the government and the cameras is upon me.

You are so far out of the inner circle it is funny.

God, you photo radar employees must fail an I.Q. test to get hired. That or they go to Russia or China to find employees.

    • Butihave Nothingto Worryabout says:

Then you got wrong information sweetie. Look forward to seeing you at the meeting. Will be posing your picture online afterward.

  15. Stacey says:

Good God, I didn’t think there could be more a freak than LAB. Guess I was wrong! At least LAB is entertaining.

  16. Stacey says:

Where do the fat, smoking zombies of Redflex hang out? In the disabled parking, of course:

  17. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

and to think i thought you hated me all this time…. i see that you were getting no love at the meetup site… lots of posts by you that went unanswered. so you have moved here. why has meet up been removed from this site?

i am left to wonder though stacey… why are you still fighting…. its over !!! really …. you need to move on!! go spend some time with your kids… it seems you have neglected them for the past 23 months… at this point you appear to be pretending you can bring this thing back to life…. let it go!!!

    • justcurious says:

Law A. Bidingcitizen are you scared if so dial 911
you sure run at the mouth sounds like you’re nothin but sissy talk……..

      • Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

tell you what curious… if you are serious about finding out…. there are people on this site that have my name, phone number and address… stacey is one of them…. ask her for it…. i will even give you her phone number and email address….but that is as easy as i will make it for you…. then you can drive your curious ass on over and find out….

i live around val vista and baseline area…. in gilbert…. be carefull who you call out…. they just might accept the challenge….

I AM LEFT TO WONDER WHO IS DOING THE SISSY TALK NOW!!

  18. Stacey says:

Oh, LAB, I am far from done. We are starting all over again.

    • Butihave Nothingto Worryabout says:

This whole cf thing is done. You are done and so are all the members. You all lied to your members and you will never have the momentum you once had. Give it up and go back to living your paranoid miserable life.

  19. B says:

Away from the troll ignoring on this thread…

    http://tinyurl.com/35hy2ez

The NSA is planning on spying on ALL domestic computer networks – to keep us safe… From what?

Here’s how it ties into traffic cameras… FTA –

“A U.S. military official called the program long overdue and said any intrusion into privacy is no greater than what the public already endures from traffic cameras.”

So – we’re supposed to “endure” it because we already “endure” traffic cameras… Nice.

Translation – “The average American citizens are finally turning into the pussies and pushovers the Nazis, the Communists, the Iraqis, the Taliban, and now Al-Qaeda has been calling them over the decades. We can do anything to them and say, ‘It’s to keep you safe,’ and we can do it. Spy on ’em all..”

And how about this – “though it wouldn’t persistently monitor the whole system, these people said.” Riiiiiight…

Of course there will be those who sit there and say the usual, “Obey the law and you’ll be fine…” – with total and blind faith in a government that both 1) could care less about any of us, and 1) is inept in real emergencies, but you can’t cure stupidity…

    • We have already entered “The Surveillance Bubble.” This constant monitoring is unsustainable.

Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.

I’m not saying not to speak out against these systems, but they simply can’t last. People grow tired of spying on each other and just want to live their own lives, eventually.

Just because ATS, Redflex and some other thieving corporate conglomerates have been lucky enough to spend the last 20 years fooling brain-dead zombies in to supporting them doesn’t mean it will continue much longer.

Photo ticketing has very little shelf life left in this country. They are getting just as tired of it at the Federal level as we are in AZ. It’s only a matter of time.

      http://thenewspaper.com/news/31/3187.asp

Sadly, AZ was one of the states that was duped the worst, so we still have a lot of work to do here.

As for internet monitoring and spying, it’s just a more sophisticated version of what the Soviet Union was attempting before it collapsed. People were encouraged to “rat” on their fellow citizens.

  20. Sure says:

One reason I don’t want them building a fence is so I can get the hell out fast when the shit finally hits the fan – and it is coming!

  21. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

on your way out of town stop by and get stacey… she has wanted out for some time now….. i would even be willing to make a trade…. 5 illegals for you 2 !!! i know one thing…. they would appreciate the freedoms we have….. neither one of you dont…

  22. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

so stacey… you are pretty tight with Shawn…..correct?

i just learned that he sells insurance and i would imagine that he sells all kinds … auto, life.etc etc… i find it rather odd that he would benefit and profit from something that is mandated by ….oooooohhhh..big brother…. for those who own cars.. how nice for him… he gets to rail against big brother…. and then make a living off of their forced laws!!!

i wonder if he is even a citizen….!!!???

  23. Stacey says:

Oooo,LAB, we will just have to give Shawn the water test to find out if he is illegal or not. I will need help getting the big boulder to the well though.

    • B says:

      Don’t feed the trolls, Stacey…

      • Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

yes….. dont respond !! thats the way to go….. then you contact the administration and complain about me…. no guts… no surprise !!!

STACEY… what happened to the idiot that went by the name PRS? i may just have to go and visit his pathetic site
should we count him as another person gone awol? maybe he will be back for round 2!!

  24. Sure says:

    I know, my bad.

  25. These systems are just as absurd…probably even more so than the speed cameras. Talk about Big Brother! Geez! And it seems that Law A. Bidingcitizen (and the new troll Nothingto Worryabout) are pissed because their beloved cameras are being taken down. I’m glad, though
I’ve already seen cops with their radar guns trying to catch people. I guess the govt. didn’t want to skip a beat on reigning in that cash flow now that the cameras will be gone in a few days.

I’m happy the cameras are coming down, but I’m not happy about what I read about the lack of votes to ban them out right. I have a feeling they will be back unfortunately, I just hope not too soon. Though they’ve already replaced their spying cameras with those that are all along the lights at intersections and on light poles. So I guess in reality these cameras being taken down have done nothing. They’re still taking peoples’ money for driving a little fast and they’re still spying on us. How depressing…
