Gone in a Flash: Vanderpool Out

As predicted late last year by CameraFRAUD volunteers on local media, DPS director and automated ticketing cheerleader Roger Vanderpool has been replaced as the agency’s top official.

With “boring” midterm elections coming up, it’ll be interesting to see how many political dominoes will fall due to the unpopular plague of “photo enforcement.”

Wish he could take his felonious friends at Redflex and the scandalous scumbags at AT$ with him.. The sooner the better!

While they’re at it, in my book, this person, AT$, RedFlex, et al should be reviewed for potential charges for violations of:

ARS 13-2308 (Participating in or assisting a criminal syndicate) — class 2 felony

ARS 13-2311 (Fraudulent Schemes and Practices) — class 5 felony

ARS 13-2310 (Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices) — class 2 felony

ARS 13-1804 (Theft by Extortion) — class 4 felony

ARS 13-1802 (Theft of over $400k) — class 2 felony

Not to mention, a federal prosecution under the RICO Act….

I have no problems with actions that really do improve road safety, but I am shocked that private enterprise would disguise making a profit off of people’s backs in the process.

Another lawsuit has just been filed against the fraudsters over at ATS…

EXACTLY what we need to do here, along with alucard’s suggestion of felony charges (comment above) brought against these criminals.

Jimmy Chavez should pay attention to the independent studies that show the current method of traffic law enforcement causes over 5000 additional deaths each year along with increased accidents. The PLEA should show that they would follow the Federals Laws governing the nations highways and reduce the death and accident rates caused by the current police practices of robbing the citizens to guarantee their salaries. Then the safety of the citizens would be put first instead of police and court personel salaries. Highway Robbers were hung in England in previous centuries. Let us identify the real problem: RICO. The guilty parties: ATS, Redflex, DPS, Az Legislature, Janet Napolitano, local police, local courts and all of the people involved in these organizations. Put them all in tent city and let Sheriff Joe commit his crimes against humanity on real criminals.

    Dr. Jett,

I think it was you, months ago, who said these guys were like the mob. It becomes more apparent every day.
