this will help with those that are fighting the scam in court

  2. Brent says:

This document clearly shows why anyone who works for Redflex (or ATS for that matter) isn’t an employee you would want to hire after they have to layoff their couple hundred folks next year (which will probably begin to happen shortly before 11/2/10, once polling data begins coming out). Why would you want to hire someone with such bad judgement.. Redflex employees should begin to leave before layoffs begin.

    • Ernest T. Bass says:

brent it is time to have your CF pom poms cleaned as you have been using them a lot…what will happen way before 11\2\10 is you clowns will haved to find another cause …as this one will be over when you dont turn in enough signatures !! whats that i hear? yes its the clock and it is ticking…. you are running out of time clowns !!

      • Brent says:

ALB/ETB, please go find something more positive to do with your time.

        • Ernest T. Bass says:

brent….. the truth hurts sometimes …. in all forms !!! and even worse when delivered by me !!!! but i think it is my duty to help you keep your perspective

what kind of a clown would i be if i didnt expose you to the truth… your pom poms are really dirty…. you dont want to have dirty pom poms…. do you? stacey does and nobody wants to be around her thats why she stays at home and doesnt attend any events !!

      • Bryan R says:

Ernest – you are one of two things: 1) a plant or employee from Redflex/ATS – in which case we get your motives – or 2) one miserable human being.

Really… What kind of person comes to an anti-camera activist forum, spreading their own brand of despair and self-loathing, posting all over the place? Do you sleep alone?

To CF web admin: Please ban this guy. Dissent is good in any discussion, but this Mayberry assclown is adding NOTHING to the discussions.

        • Beau Jangles says:

Just because ernest t bass makes a good point is no reason to ban him, you can dish it, but cannot take it mr. bryan R?

  3. Mike says:

In before all of the Redflex employed trolls get here saying they’re “just doing their jobs”.

  4. guttersn1pe says:

Why on earth are they sending violations for emergency vehicles going code 3 (lights/siren)? Where’s the common sense?

    • Alan says:

The reason that they ticket emergency vehicles is that Redflex is in dire need of the money badly, and hitting up fire trucks on the way to a fire, or ambulances on their way to save lives, creates the perfect captive audience for RF scamera-based works of art! 😉

    • Bill W. says:

The citation is sent to DPS. The violation date and time is cross referenced to the call logs. If the officer was responding to a call as code 2, code 3, or priority, no harm no foul. If the officer wasn’t responding to a call and just speeding for no reason, he has some explaining to do to his superiors’.

  5. Tom says:

Why was it only available to the media?

  6. brent says:

Kudo’s to Kfyi for breaking this news first. A couple of other sources have also picked it up, but the mainstream media really needs to pay more attention to this situation. This document illutsrates corruption and collusion that seems to be everywhere these days..

    • Ernest T. Bass says:

oh brent dont forget lies, mistruths and innuendo which is what goes on here !! and just so you are aware kfyi looks for things that may be controversial……they thrive on it…. thats why you tin hats listen to that station..

what you have is nothing more than a company manual ….it is not the smoking gun you think you have and since most people work for a living and probably have their own company manuals …they can relate to something that lines out just how to do their job…

i would like to see the camerafraud manual probably goes something like this

      1. lie about everything
      2. make up crap cause the tin hats will eat it up
      3. take a picture…crop out what you dont want anyone to see…and report what is not true
      4. when in doubt resort to #1
      5. lie about the turnout for CF sanctioned events

      • LoneWolf says:

Where’s your proof, Bozo? If you believe there’s nothing but a bunch of lies going on here, then prove it. Show us links, pictures, videos and whatever else it takes to prove that what you’re saying is true. Prove it!

And Bozo, that manual is a smoking gun. With all of the “maybes” in there, that certainly leaves a lot for human judgment. By any chance, is human judgment perfect or is it prone to making mistakes?

  7. keystone fake-cops says:

    “Camera triggers
    when no cars are
    moving or no cars
are present Reject Reason: No offense-
    False Trigger”

If the cameras trigger when no cars are present….

Their own corporate documents say that their product doesn’t work.

    • Ernest T. Bass says:

hummmm if the camera triggers when no cars are present…. then who gets the ticket ?

then it says reject reason….. are you clowns not trying to claim they send them out anyway.. the word reject seems to mean that photo of nothing is REJECTED !!! H E L L O !!! MCFLY

      • Alan says:

What is also interesting is in the mighty city of tempe, there are “Your speed is” signs posted close to some of the scameras. They can and do register up to 41 MPH with no traffic around. Lovely how electronic devices used to enforce the law can be so fallible themselves.

    • Hellsing says:

It is a wonder that the scameras and such, being electronic devices themselves, don’t actually melt or have overheating problems in those metallic enclosures that they sit in. Last time I checked, heat kills electronics….

      • photoradarscam says:

Yes, one of many great defenses listed at http://PhotoRadarScam.com/getout.php

They don’t record the temperature of the sensors, CPU, or camera at the time of photo, and to my knowledge they don’t have a certified operating temperature range where they are guaranteed to work properly. Easy grounds for dismissal I would think.

Who is this Teabag character? Seems really mad about something..

    • Ernest T. Bass says:

no george…. just want to make sure that the lies from CF get exposed…. if you dont know who i am then you are just another member that needs to get involved or go find another hobby !!! 1600 plus of you and only 15 give a crap !!! that is pathetic and the admin knows it… thats why the signature collections are slow and they will never..let me repeat NEVER hit their goal !!!

      • Malfeasant says:

if we’re so sure to never achieve our goal, why are we any concern of yours?

      • Will Kay says:

You have been ranting about us lying, mistruthing, and spinning innuendo on anyone willing to listen for months now, yet you have yet to catch us in a lie or prove any one of us as liars or deceivers in any way. Like I always say Bass, Troll, or whatever else you want to call yourself, and believe me we all know who you are and what you look like, you never cease to make me laugh.

  10. Glyph says:

As there has been a problem with trolls fixating on some of our female members, I won’t be posting any names.

      • LoneWolf says:

My my, Bozo. Aren’t we a bit on the defensive today? Are you getting a little worried because we’re making progress by gathering thousands of signatures?

It won’t be long before we make the quota. Think all you want but it’s a fact that most Arizonans want to get rid of the scameras. They’re coming down…

  11. briareus says:

I don’t know who this Ernest T. Bag is, but it’s pretty clear he feels a strong need to defend radical and intrusive statism. Apparently he is a strong corporatist (in the strict Mussolini sense) and probably advocates harsh penalties for all sorts of non-violent infractions.

Ernest, there is a large and lawful difference between a “malum in se” (that is, evil in and of itself) crime, and a “malum prohibidae” violation of an ordinance. In the first case, a human’s person or property has been harmed. In the second case, no one has been harmed, it is merely evil because a committee or an autocrat deems it evil. The reason many of us have problems with the camera contracts is that people can go to jail for what essentially harms no one. The problem I have with the cameras is the same problem I have with human officers giving tickets: It’s all about revenue enhancement.

In Denver, I had a former prosecuting attorney tell me bluntly “If we were all smart enough to demand jury trials for our tickets, we’d shut that revenue operation down in a fortnight.” Meaning of course that the costs of all those trials instantly outweigh the revenue gain from enforcing malum prohibidae violations of local ordinances.

  12. Sure says:

I thought those two CF “clowns” as Jay calls them looked hot! No wonder we got so many signatures last weekend.

  13. IMJUSTAGIRL says:

WE THE PEOPLE have a RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL???? My court date for last months photoscam is scheduled for: September 10, 2010, yup “2010”…………

could someone email me to remind me?? thanks a bunch ;o)

BTW, it was a great pic…
I was dancin and singin and movin to the groovin and just when it flashed me, well… I turned the radio off!

    • Glyph says:

That doesn’t sound right (though I’m certainly not questioning you). That time frame definately falls outside the ‘statute of limitations’ for a civil matter like this.

      • IMJUSTAGIRL says:

That’s what I thought too Glyph, but I did put my contacts in and do a recheck. Question now would be: would my “accuser” be the scamera itself, the videotape, or the 5 buck tech reviewing my glamour shot?

WE THE PEOPLE need our OWN manual to deal with these criminals (with pictures too please). After all, what’s fair is fair……….

  14. Alan says:

I’d have a legal expert check this one over to be sure about the limitation rules. However, my guess is that the plaintiffs in this case will have practical problems in trying to pursue a small case over a year old. As for September 2010, perhaps you can find a way to stall the trial until after voting has occurred in November. If all goes according to plan, the voters will vote the scameras down! 🙂
