Are you going to have a big notices of violation burning outside redflex or dps offices?

  2. photoradarscam says:

So I’ve been talking to Dave VonTesmar, the guy who was in the news for wearing the monkey mask. Get this – DPS blew up the story and HE STILL HASN’T BEEN SERVED! He says he’s rarely home because he is a flight attendant, so he doesn’t know if they’ve even tried yet.

DPS really got ahead of themselves on this one.

  3. RPr says:

    class action lawsuit?????

  4. Ernest T. Bass says:

YES !!! CAUSE ONLY PRS WOULD TAKE THE WORD OF A GUY WHO WEARS A MASK TO AVOID TICKETS !!

the chance of a class action is worse than the odds that CF will even collect enough signatures !!!

  5. James Howard says:

    Time for a new mask.

  6. Sure says:

A review of the photos would be particularly interesting.

  7. Chris Mollo says:

I think photo radar is the biggest injustice that has been done to the citizens of Arizona. I concentrate on it heavily on my blog. I think it’s totally unconstitutional and I applaud your efforts. Believe it or not, many police officers hate traffic cams because they feel that they are taking a job away from a trained officer.

  8. Malfeasant says:

Heh you’ll have mine shortly- I’m up to 4 now- none served, none paid

  9. mike says:

Ya might want to let everyone know whatever they submitt to you can be discoverable and posted on websites just like yours. I wouldnt want my tickets all over the net

    • Brent says:

Mike, anything received as confidential would never be posted without the senders express permission of course.

    • You’re right Mike. All the time, literature, research, rebuttals, protests and even arrests were just a Trojan Horse. We are now blatantly trying to get folks to send us their tickets so that we can post them all over the web and attempt to embarrass our supporters.

It was definitely worth it, right everyone?

OK, so anyway, please send us your notices of violation. You’ll be famous!!

  10. Bill W. says:

You guys haven’t heard the latest news from ATS???? I thought it would be all over this site by now. Oh well… I’m shure you’ll know soon enough.

  11. Ernest T. Bass says:

anybody in the know care to comment on how many notices you received? or how about a signatures count?
