I am jealous. It is obvious that when the facts about photo enforcement are known, people overwhelmingly object to it. As we continue to get the word out to Arizonans we will achieve the same thing here. Photo enforcement has never survived a popular vote in the US! The cameras are coming down!

  2. Doc says:

So, Arizona’s behind Mississippi in EDUCATION, & Civil Rights! There’s actually people that’re still P.O.’d about that states flag bearing th’ “stars & bars”.

Missouri also is sending the totalitarianists out th’ door! My freinds keep sayin’ th’ south’s gonna’ do it again!

  3. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

SCAM… OH SCAM you are getting things confused here.. a vote from the citizens of the state is different than what is written above… that is their state legislature.. not a popular vote… of course with all the lies, mistruths and innuendo that goes on here.. i can see how you would get confused…

and what happened to an earlier post i had on this thread? doc was doing what he was not suppose to be doing… responding to the post i wrote that is gone…

  4. camerafraud says:

    Law A Biding,

We might disagree on the topics at hand, but I challenge you to show where we have ever once lied or used intentional mistruths to express our views.

    Biased? Sure. Lies? No.

In addition, I have offered you numerous times the opportunity to be a contributor to the site and post a weekly counter-argument editorial, yet you have refused or shown no interest.

  5. Doc says:

It’s a site by & for people who DON’T LIKE OR WANT PHOTO RADAR!!!!! It’s DESIGNED to be biased, as it should be. Feeding a Troll is like alcoholism…1 time is too many, & a billion’s not enuff.

and the reason is.. my message has not changed…. so why retype it all ??? if anyone wants to know my position all they have to do it read!!! its right there.. black on white!!!

when you post a picture … of a mercedes.. and you write…redflex employee’s car.. that is a lie as you nor the photographer knew who’s car it was … now had you put a ? mark after it… then it is not a lie… there are many other instances where the leaders of this site do that… please dont insult my massive intelligence by saying that you dont…

misleading is the same as a lie… in fact every thread you put up has some type of mistruth or is misleading….

  7. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

the mercedes shot is my evidence!!

  8. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

hey doc… just a hint… just cause you did not address me by name does not mean that it was not meant for me…. what an insult to your fellow fraud members to think they are that stupid.. i however am not stupid… i see right through you…

  9. camerafraud says:

Actually, we never said they were a Redflex employee (the article was in regards to an ATS deployment, anyways.) We said that it was an “employees car.”

Considering the fact that it was a car parked on a half-block with the only other vehicles around being 1) those of ATS / employees, 2) our photographer’s car, it’s a safe bet the car belonged to an employee of ATS.

If you have compelling evidence suggesting the car doesn’t belong to an ATS employee, send it and we’ll make a correction.

Otherwise, if this is the best you can come up with in regards to supposed “lies” we tell, you might just want to stop while you’re behind.

  10. Doc says:

    oh my god….P L E A S E… .. . .

  11. camerafraud says:

I agree with not feeding trolls: You just throw them scraps sometimes so they foam at the mouth on command.

Unfortunately, LAB probably is a troll, as we have publicly offered him an opportunity to post opposing viewpoints to the main (Front) page but he has declined, opting instead to spend an ungodly amount of time in the comments section.

  12. Joe says:

I’ll bet there were interesting meetings in the Redflex and ATS conference rooms this morning. One one hand, the sales team is coming back with increasingly good numbers. On the other hand, is this little matter of State Legislatures lining up to put them out of business in one gigantic swipe.

  13. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

if you did not know it was an employees car then you should not have written the caption that you did… just assuming it was a “good bet” does not make it true… a good bet was taking the cards and the 7 points…..

throw me all the scraps you want… why do you think most of these people come here? to slap themselves on the back and say how bad redflex is… hell no.. they are coming to see who i lit up like a cheap cigar !!

right now patricia henry is taking center stage… and doc… but he is no fun.. just like a scratched record… plays the same thing.. over and over and over and over….

i will find more examples… just not interested right now..!!!

  14. Doc says:

CAMREAFRAUD-LAB ASKED for a blog on this site, ck th’ link you listed above. You Offer the blessed thing to him, & we all see th’ result, as you’ve pointed out. PROVING that you simply can not win with these people. I’ve decided that LAB does indeed NOT work for redflex or ats. Anyone sufferring from this level of mind numbing ignorance must work for th’ Government. This PROVES that Ronald Reagan was correct. The 9 scariest words in the english language are;”I’m from the government, I’m here to help you.”

  16. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

here you go .. another lie….

on the thread.. i-17 disgrace you write that the cameras are positioned “under the overpass” you even include a picture from a distance that makes it very hard to argue with the statement… however, go to that link and look at the picture of the same overpass and tell me…. TELL ME.. it was not a lie!!!

  17. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

my bad…. 2 different overpasses…. however, in the picture that you show, once it is enlarged…. it shows 2 cameras.. one on the edge of the over pass and another that is clearly not under the overpass!!!

wht cha got to say now!!????????????

  19. geez says:

“the van was parked in the gore point”
(later retracted and said TRANSITTION area…whatever)
    “Photo enforcement signs are hidden”
    “the speed limits change constantly”
“pretty much any claim by JGUNN”
“camera’s violate our right to privacy”
“camera’s violate constitution by making you guilty until proven innocent”
“it’s ok just to throw away your violation notice”
and pretty much all mis-information is the same as lies.
I’m sure I could go back through the archives and find plenty more, if I only had LABS time… 🙂

  21. Joe says:

At Bethany Home Road, there is a camera positioned ON the highway, located at an UNDERpass. The cameras are located underneath a bridge that stays at ground level. The highway dips underneath to accomodate the bridge. Usually a bridge rises to accomodate a highway.

  22. guttersn1pe says:

It’s easy to label everything posted here as a lie or misinformation. However, without anything factual to refute the information posted, it really doesn’t have much weight behind it.

After all, you’ve probably accepted the speed limit signs without ever contacting the respective agencies and asking for proof that a study was conducted to support those limits.

If the worst example you can provide is the difference between an SUV and Van (when everyone knows what’s being referred to), then that’s kind of sad.

  23. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

if you read back i was trying to figure out just what they were talking about as they said it was a van..then they insisted it was a van and then they for some reason excepted the fact it was an suv… it illustrates that if they will lie about something as silly as a van or suv… what else are they lieing about…..

  24. geez says:

“The ‘van’s’ they use aren’t even hybred and just sit there burning gas all day!’
(a couple stories down, talking about the DPS ford escape hybred photo enforcement vehicles…)

  25. Uncle Slam says:

The t-shirts you can buy from the link to The Liberty Restoration Project are sweet.

Also – the more I read from “law a biding citizen” (a.k.a. redflex shill), the more I think he or she is an ass.

    More Lies…
    “RPr Says:
    February 5, 2009 at 10:56 pm

Sheriff Babeu also showed fatal accidents increased from 12 to 24 doubling since they installed cameras”
(regarding Bubu stating on the radio that accidents have increased 16%? and fatalities doubling in pinal (he failed to mention if that included city streets…))

So the Photo enforcement started in 2007.

Straight from the NHTSA HIGHWAY! Stats ONLY!
    04 05 06 07 YEAR
    Pinal County 94 84 131 86 # fatals (HIGHWAY!)
    31 -11 56-34 % in change

AND thats with aprox 28000 more residents between 06 and 07!

  29. geez says:

    04 05 06 07 year

  33. Dan G says:

Of course, the trolls glossed over the point:

    117 to 3 to ban!

  34. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

  35. geez says:

Of course I got no valid response to FACTS.

  36. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

dt!!!!! arneson…. do you ever make yourself known ?

  37. RC says:

Dan it is hard to troll when the moderators of this site are to scared to let the truth be posted.

  38. RC says:

Well it looks like you approved all of my posts but the big one.

I was actually looking forward to your response to it.

  39. geez says:

    Yup, RC.
Wish I could share with you one major fact about this place, but nope. Get censored everytime.
    Ya, it’s a doozie to.

  40. No One says:

geez– interesting numbers, to be sure, but…

First of all, the cameras activated LATE in 07… IE September. http://btucson.com/131536 or http://www.azcentral.com/community/pinal/articles/2009/01/21/20090121pinalradar0122.html Somehow I doubt they could have affected the numbers that much in just 4 months. This is especially true when the overall state numbers for 2007 went down in similar fashion as indicated on ADOT’s reports, http://www.azdot.gov/mvd/Statistics/crash/

Between these two things, I do not see anything to support that the cameras are responsible for the decrease indicated.

However, since looking at the actual numbers, I am also interested to hear more about the statistics the sheriff is giving…

  41. No One says:

Oh, I think I just figured it out… I’d expect that he was speaking not of the cameras installed by the county, which apparently went active in September of 07, but of the Arizona statewide enforcement camera system– ie comparing September 2008 (or whenever they went up in Pinal) to the date of the statement. That would probably make the numbers work… but that’s just a guess on my part.

  42. geez says:

either way, crashes went down, and he claimed crashes and fatalities rose. And, he was speaking of the issue in Pinal county.

  43. No One says:

    you’re not listening…

I agree the numbers posted do not support his statements. Obviously, if he is talking 12 to 24, and there is no relevant year when traffic deaths were limited to either 12 or 24, he must be talking about a partial year.

Therefore, I would expect he is talking about the time the state’s cameras were started–basically the last quarter of last year– and comparing that to the same timeframe of the previous year. IE comparing 2008 to to 2007. You follow? Now, 2008’s numbers are not available at this point, either in your sources or mine. Therefore, at this moment, neither of us are in a position to evaluate the veracity of his statements. I can no more state they did indeed go down than you can state they went up.

Without the actual numbers, which are apparently not yet published, it is impossible to perform any fact-checking and it is basically useless to have this debate at this point.

  44. geez says:

So, where did he get his numbers then? That’s interesting also…

  45. No One says:

As the sheriff, I’m sure he has access to these numbers as part of his job.

  46. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

rc and geez- boys if you have something to share with the rest of the class but cant would you be willing to send it via email?

  47. BJ says:

This is truly embarrassing to be lower than Mississippi in any category, let alone this one. Wow…

  48. Law A. Bidingcitizen says:

they have a bigger river than us that creates jobs and moves product…. they kicking our ass there!!!
bet they have us beat in education spending also…

  49. geez says:

    Sure law, tell me where.
