Redflex has lost a $2.5 million dollar contract in Knoxville, TN, because they failed to submit the proper paperwork on time to city employees, theNewspaper.com is reporting. Redflex, appearently unable to take responsibility for their own actions, is blaming FedEx for the mistake, saying the package was delivered a day late.
The funniest thing about the whole situation is that Redflex could have sent off a midlevel employee to Tennessee on good old Southwest Airlines for about $399.00, still leaving $2,599,333 in the coffers (based on their revenue in that state last year).
CameraFRAUD.com will express its condolences to Redflex with the following letter:

On behalf of CameraFRAUD.com, I want to extend my most sincere condolences in your recent tragic loss of $2.5 million dollars.
While I’m sure this is a very difficult time for you, I wanted to include the following token gift as my way of expressing sympathy. Enclosed is a photo of about $2.5 million dollars:
I’m sure your investors would agree that the photos are about as good as the real thing. Just as your cameras can’t catch drunks or stolen cars, this photo can’t be used as actual money. You’ll have to steal that, just as you usually do.
Don’t worry, Karen: we’ll send it UPS.
